Our SIL services provide flexible and responsive support for participants who require assistance with daily living tasks while living in shared or individual accommodation. Our dedicated, compassionate, and highly trained support workers are available around the clock to assist with personal care, meal preparation, household management, medication management, and community participation — ensuring every participant has the support, encouragement, and opportunities they need to live a full, meaningful, and rewarding life.

We work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators, and the NDIS to identify the most suitable accommodation options and develop comprehensive, personalised support plans that are fully aligned with each individual’s goals, needs, and NDIS funding.
